Florida Dream Center is now a candidate for the NCCER accreditation. We are currently able to train and certify individuals for Core Construction and Carpentry Level 1 through the National Center for Construction Education & Research. We offer the following certification classes:
- OSHA approved forklift license
- NCCER Core Construction certification
- NCCER Carpentry Level 1 certification

Florida Dream Center offers community revitalization services to homeowners within the Lealman and Tarpon Springs areas. The following services are managed by our Community Enrichment Crews (C.E.C):
- Code violation relief
- Homeowner lawn maintenance
- Homeowner safety modifications
- Homeowner aging in place (Senior Citizen modifications)
*These services can be limited to available supplies and do not include major repairs such as roofs or major home structures*
In addition, FLDC teams of staff and volunteers work with county and city agencies to maintain local alleys and remove debris from streets and walkways of the areas we serve.

The Adopt-a-Block program has consistently served communities every Saturday morning since November of 2014. Currently the neighborhoods served are located in Lealman and Tarpon Springs. Saturday mornings our teams of staff and volunteers support the following services.
- Distribution of food boxes to families and individuals in four different locations
- Delivery of food boxes to home-bound residents
- Distribution of hygiene & clothing items
- Distribution of youth food boxes for children under the age of 17
- Canvassing by our Neighborhood Outreach Crew (N.O.C. team) door to door informing residents of services and establishing relationships.
