Every life changed is a reflection of God’s grace and the power of community.
On this page, you’ll find stories of hope and transformation — from the voices of those we serve, to the testimonies of staff and volunteers who feel called to this mission, to moments where the impact of our work has been reflected throughout the community. Each story is a reminder that through faith, compassion, and service, we are building something greater together.

Caitlin’s Journey

A Story of Redemption, Love & New Beginnings

After spending years in prison, she carries deep regret for her past mistakes, but she refuses to let them define her future. As a community service worker at the Florida Dream Center, Camaren has poured her heart into giving back—volunteering her time to serve others in need. But this isn’t just about completing her hours—she has found purpose, community, and a mission she believes in. And standing beside her every step of the way is her amazing mother, the most supportive woman in the world. 💖 Camaren’s mom, has been her rock and inspiration, showing her what it truly means to serve others. She dedicates her life to prison reform advocacy in Tallahassee and spends her time passing out food to the homeless—proving that love, resilience, and kindness can change lives. Because of her mother’s unwavering support, Camaren chooses to see the good in the world and will continue working with the Florida Dream Center even after her hours are completed. She knows what it means to create hope, bring healing, and give others the second chance they deserve. We celebrate Camaren, her mother, and the power of transformation.
