Neill Boyd is a Co-Team Leader and Realtor with Ealey Boyd Group at Compass Real Estate, with local offices in Tampa and St. Petersburg. While leading a top 5% real estate team in the Tampa Bay market, his passion lies in assisting his clients with buying/selling/investing in residential real estate needs and supporting his real estate team both collectively and individually. Compass Real Estate is a tech-focused, top national residential real estate brokerage and is a Fortune 500 company traded on the NYSE. The ever-growing Compass Real Estate network currently consists of over 300 offices in 72 markets and operates in 26 states across the U.S., including most major metropolitan areas.
In addition to his work at Ealey Boyd Group/Compass, Neill is also a board member of his local Tampa Community Civic Association.
As a native of Tampa Bay, Neill attended Elementary, Middle, and High School in Tampa, where he played baseball for a State Semi-final HS Baseball team at Alonso High School in Tampa. With a degree in Hospitality Management and Business Administration, Neill has used his skills in leadership and customer service throughout his career. Prior to real estate, Neill worked for a locally headquartered restaurant group for several years with his internal growth relocating him out to Colorado, where he oversaw operations for 16 taverns in Colorado, Texas, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
Neill’s love for philanthropy flourished when he began volunteering throughout each year for local organizations such as Feeding Tampa Bay, Metropolitan Ministries, and the Humane Society. Neill chose the Florida Dream Center as an organization where he can share his passion with like-minded individuals, making a difference in Pinellas County.
Neill enjoys spending time with his wife, Jordan, their three-year-old son, Brody, and their 11-month-old daughter, Bensen. As evident in both his personal and professional life, Neill strongly believes in the power of giving back to his community and serving those who need it the most, by God’s grace and guidance. Neill looks forward to the opportunity to serve a growing charitable community like Florida Dream Center by sharing his time, network, and resources.
