Dr. Scott Fronrath has over 18 years of workforce development, training, and leadership experience. Currently Dr. Fronrath serves as Director of Operations for the Soteria Project; a Vocational Rehabilitation Service providing workforce solutions. He was HR Director for an international software company in the Tampa Bay area and is an adjunct professor with Nova Southeastern University as well as, a Program Director for Everglades University where he researches and
teaches Organizational Strategies, Organizational Development, Human Resource Development, Human Services, Accessibility Services, Ethics, Non-Profit Leadership, Crisis & Disaster Management, and other service oriented programs. He is constantly sought out to provide leadership development, teambuilding, strategic learning, mentoring, recruiting, retention, organizational effectiveness, develop business best practices, and employee metric/ performance evaluations. His workforce development specialty areas include but not limited to: Business, Public Safety, Government, Allied Health, Human Services, Software, Technology,
Manufacturing, Emergency Management, and Legal.

As an educational leader in today’s progressive career driven society, he believes the optimal goal must be to supportively empower individuals to take control of their professional journey and provide for them a focus that ensures necessary skill development designed to help them obtain a meaningful careers.

He holds a Doctorate of Education degrees from Nova Southeastern University in Organizational Leadership and in Human Resource Management, a Master’s degree in Criminal Justice and Public Administration/ Legal Studies.
